23 East 10th Street Apartment 2A checks all of your boxes, a massive two bedroom located right between Union Square and Washington Square Park. As you walk in you're greeted by size and light. The living room is almost 300 square feet with large windows stretching across 11th Street. Off of the living room, you'll find the smaller but still well-sized bedroom, which also benefits from those large 11th Street facing windows and a large closet. On the other side of the apartment is the primary bedroom, quietly tucked away on the back of the building facing south into the building courtyard. With its size and large closets, there's plenty of space for a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a dress room. In the middle of the apartment are the nuts and bolts. The kitchen is partially open to the living room making cooking and serving a breeze. And both the kitchen and bathroom have been updated with the latter having a dual vanity so there's no fighting in the morning. The apartment is great but I will say that's secondary to the location. You're smack in the middle of it all. Literally just four blocks from Union Square and three blocks from Washington Square Park. While it's already a great neighborhood, it's in the middle of another transition. 21 East 12th Street went up a few years ago and 64 University Place is currently under construction across the street. That one sold out before even launching sales. And then onto the building, 23 East 10th Street stretches from 10th through 11th Street. You have the entrance on 10th Street, of course, but there's also easy fob access on 11th Street. Amenity-wise, there's a 24-hour doorman, beautiful roof deck, and convenient laundry room.
