Living room with lots of light and new air conditioner to cool the entire apartment. There is a common area in the basement with a washer and dryer. Separate Storage Room for each apartment. Location is great, up the street from the dead end with entrance to Shinnecock Bay. Restaurants close by, and the Peconic Bay.
