Very private house with a gated, long driveway. House has barriers of Bamboo and evergreens in every direction... ?many exotic flowing trees. There is no house this private in centereach... Totally private with really no contact with neighbors. Four bedrooms, three family rooms, closed in porch, 10 total rooms total. Everything is dated and eventually needs new bathrooms and roof, both garage doors need to be replaced. The house was last update in 2001 with bathrooms, kitchen, roof, windows, oil burner, driveway, cesspools. The roof is not leaking and I have patched up the corner in the back where the gutter collapsed. Needs new rugs, walls need spackle and paint. Garage roof was replaced 5 years ago. New washer/dryer combo.
